Someone once said, “You are what you eat”, and it is so true, what we put into our bodies not only affects how we look but more importantly how we feel. Having the body you want and were destined to have creates balance in our minds. We will design a 12 week program for your specific goals. Whether it is to lose 5 lbs or 50 lbs, gain muscle while toning, or simply feel better the key is having the right macronutrients to achieve that goal and learn how to maintain as a lifestyle. During this 12 week program I will be your support system the whole way to give you the tools and guidance you need.

How it works

My goal is to bring you closer to becoming the best version of you. This 12 week program is based on macronutrients, your total intake of protein, fat, and carbs, and timing. In just a few weeks you will notice your body transform and you will learn the tools and gain the awareness to maintain this as a lifestyle. I will be your accountabitly partner, coach, and 24/7 support system. We will check in regularly and do a formal check in weekly to monitor your progress and make any necessary changes.

Get to Know Me

Thank you for stopping by! My name is Chelsea. I have a degree in Health Administration from the University of Scranton, I am an ICF Certified Health and Life Coach and I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher and I am so excited you are here.

So a little about myself, in 2016 I started this journey to wellness, I got sober, fell in love with yoga, learned how to eat the right foods to nourish my body and get the body I always wanted. I am a mom to 3 beautiful boys and I love lifting weights and eating healthy to be strong for them ☺️

My life really started to take off when I learned how creating balance in my body would create balance in my mind. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and a few years ago was introduced to a macro nutrition program and fell in love with it. It changed the way I ate and brought an awareness around food I never had before. I was finally able to loose the weight I wanted and feel good in my skin. It unleashed a freedom I have been craving most of my life. I mean who doesn't want to feel good on the beach?

 The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.
